Won a Item that I now doubt is going to be delivered. A over $200 dollar item went for $21 , but I doubt now the item will be sent. Sellers feed back is less than 67% on only a couple of sales. The items claims to be in Australia but it is being sent from China, looks like they stole someone elses ad including graphics and the other companies name on the ad.
Who can I contact at Ebay about this item and find out if the seller is not a scammer?
Are all purchases paid through Paypal covered by non delivery?
Scammers are infesting EBay to a stage one has to reconsider it as a safe place to shop.
