Would ebay take ownership of their fault ? Wrong address was supplied to the seller(his version) and I didn't get my product! What's my fault?
Still not sorted out after 1 month.......would take further action if required.

Have you checked what shipping address you selected in checkout? In your Purchase History to the right of the item click on View Order Details. This is the address that the seller should have shipped your item to.

As stated by bigbricks - your address in eBay is not the one that the seller will automatically send it to.
For a seller to get paypal protection they must send to the address listed on the paypal notification of payment.
eBay can not change address for you, it is up to you to ensure they are current and to make any relevant changes upon check out.

Did you pay with Paypal. If so, did you open up an item not received dispute?
Did you contact the seller to let them know your parcel was not received. If so, what did they say?
eBay staff don't change members personal account details such as addresses.
