This is not ebay as such.
You've got through to a public messageboard attached to the ebay site and about ebay related topics, but you're not chatting to ebay representatives here, just other members of ebay, like yourself.
If you bought something on ebay,and you want to contact the seller, you need to go up to the top right of the screen and click on the tab that says 'My ebay". That should take you to show you your recent purchases. Then you can click the 'contact seller' tab from there.
I know you think you bought something 'from ebay'. It's not exactly like that. It is like gumtree or like the classifieds in the newspaper. All different sellers advertising .
Because they advertised on ebay, your purchase will be guaranteed to some extent if you paid via paypal. For example, if you bought a blue top and you were sent a red one, you could claim item not as described.
But before you buy anything, you do need to check things such as your home address details etc are accurate.
But contact the actual individual seller first to see what you can sort out.
