OP - if you do not receive an item, open INR dispute and so long as you paid with paypal as advised you will get your money back unless the seller can prove postage.

BTW - we have not made your life miserable, we are members here just like you, if you have not read up on the safest way to buy and sell on eBay, it is you that has caused the distress you appear to be suffering at the moment.

The item was paid for on the 25/5/2014. I was hopping to get it befor the 11/7/2014. Spending hourse on here to try and find something I paid for 7 weeks  or more is so stressful. I am tierd of being ripped off. I pay for things that don't arive or they don't work like the 8 walkmans that the sellers on here said that they work..

You may be teck heads, but I'm not. You need to crack down on people selling things that don't work. I am tierd of doing all the runaround.

All I want is what I paid for and not have to wait half my life to get it, or paying hips of money on junk that dus not work. See how you go after paying up frunt on time only to be let down time and time again. Have a person to speek to on the Phone and not a robot would be far better for non teck heads like me. Haveing a person to talk to would have saved so much stress.  I don't thinks its a lot to ask for 😞

If you want to speak with sellers, perhaps you'd be better off buying your stuff from regular shops instead of eBay.

I can't believe you have bought 8 walkmans that do not work.  I would have given up long before I got to that number.

But I do know that the last time you came to the boards about a walkman it was pointed out to you that the seller stated that the tape function was not working properly.

Maybe your problem is that you want something at dirt cheap prices and do not read the listings properly.

You don't need to be a "teck" head to read listings and refrain from buying if the item is listed as not working.

As for items not arriving.....open a paypal dispute before the 45 days are up and get your refund....that does not take much effort...probably less effort than coming here and complaining.

Learn how ebay works and you will not need to talk to anyone about anything....you don't need to be technically savvy to read the rules and know how to protect yourself when buying on line.
