I have recently purchased 2 items via Zip Pay as this payment form was offered. In both instances Ebay kept messaging advising that the item needed to be paid for although in my Zip account it had been confirmed. I got confused the first time and then paid with my credit card so now I am out of pocket as nowhere on Ebay does it show that I have paid twice???
Stupidly I did it again yesterday and the item is still demanding payment.
Has anyone else had this happen to them and was it rectified please?
