I bought an Item from Germany on December 20th. Add says usually posts within 3 days. As yet the item is not marked as posted. Allowing for the holidays, I contacted the seller the week (5th Jan) but to date, no response.
It could just be this time of the year ? Delays etc. If it were me, I would open an Item Not Recieved Case and that may promt the seller into action and cover your bases.

thanks for the advise. hard to know how much is due to the time of year but its been 4 days now and still no reply to my message either so I think you've got it right. I'll open a case and see how we go. Item wasn't cheap so I'm more than a bit concerned.
