Faulty battery

I purchased a battery for my Eufy vacuum & it won’t take a charge. Tried to ring the phone number on package but will not connect. eBay says I haven’t purchased anything. I signed in as a guest. I have the package with eBay on it.

how do know if the seller actually exists ?

I have purchased packing boxes 10 days ago , the shipper has never received the item , there is no scan , the seller does not answer a single query and some items on the sellers page have zero buys . And I have feedback , is this seller a scam ??

Resolved! Lack of Support

eBay now caters for sellers only.!! You can't speak to anyone..and if you have a problem with a seller, there is not the support there once was..I will be giving eBay a miss where ever possible.!!
