eBay 90day protection is Bull**bleep**, 30days is all you get

It is sounding as if you may have bought something that has since broken down or proved faulty and you have assumed you had 90 days, for some reason. But then when you tried to open a claim, you found out it is 30 days.

 

You need to stop and consider why you thought it was 90 days.

Did you read it anywhere on ebay or was it just something you were told by others or thought you knew?

 

It's only been 30 days for a very long time, as far as I am aware. It probably pays to look up terms and conditions as soon as you have a problem or even before that, as soon as you start buying on ebay, just so you know in advance where you stand..

I am guessing though that your problem arose outside the 30 days. You have 180 days with paypal though, if you paid that way. So you may not be out of options.

Given the OP's previous rants, it seems more like they do not believe any of the basic polies apply to them at all
