Since the MBG was introduced it has always been 30 days from the final ETA of the item, with Paypal now being 180 days from the purchase date.
I have no idea where you've got 90 days.....................

The only 90 days I can think of are the listings that remain visible for 90 days after they have ended. As far as I know, the MBG has always been 30 days.

AT least you get more from the 30 day protection, then you get from your rant.
Hope you have a great weekend

Stawks, maybe the **bleep** was meaning the OP bought an extra heavy duty prophylactic through eBay with a 90 day warranty and after 30 days they are now a not-so-proud mother/father.........

Give us some further information to work with.
30 days has been the norm for a very long time.
If you are outside that timeframe and you paid via Paypal, you can open a case.
There are some things to be aware of, like not closing a case if a seller asks you to and opening the right case for the set of circumstances (ie: don't open a case for Not Received if you got part of your order and the seller sent with tracking).
