You are not allowed to name and shame on eBay, and the user ID you've provided above is wrong anyway (there is no user by that name on eBay). Just as well you didn't give a valid name of somebody else, as that's how reputations are destroyed, and why it's forbidden to do so.
Next time, take notice of the Paypal receipt which tells you quite clearly that you only have 45 days from the date of sale to lodge a dispute for non-delivery, and you won't get caught out again. Scammers only get away with it because buyers allow them to. If you're going to continue buying on eBay, you'll need to accept some responsibility and be a lot more vigilant.

Hi there! That sucks you've had a bad experience. The best thing for you to do as a buyer is always pay with PayPal. If your item does not arrive make sure you lodge a claim with PayPal before your protection expires.
In your case there doesn't appear that there is much you can do as it has been too long now. You can report the seller to eBay however it is against eBay policies to "name and shame" eBay users so you may find your post will be removed.
Again sorry you've had a bad experience, not all sellers are bad.

That ID doesn't exist anymore so I suspect that the member has either been deregistered or else they changed their ID over a month ago or you have given the wrong spelling here.
I'm sorry. 3 months is way too long before ebay or Paypal can help you. Was the seller overseas?
With any further problems with buying, please go to the resolution Centre which can be accessed by a link on your My eBay page on the left hand side under short cuts or go to customer support and search for resolution centre and follow the prompts.

yes wrong spelling.... seller still registered, op left a neg 11months ago!
too bad they did not follow the correct procedure and got their money back.
eBay / Paypal protects buyers, they just have to know how to use it!!!

The id is wrong in the OP.
That seller does have several negatives, but equally they have had some glowing feedback as well. However, the problem of buyers not receiving their purchases is not reflected in the bulk of other negative feedback they have received.
I am sorry you did not receive your goods but at some point a buyer has to take responsibility for their own $$$ - if you paid through paypal you could have opened a dispute as item not received and there was a month or more to do this in.
I think it is time to let go of this, given it happened last year.
