checked out in cart and paid for item but there is no purchase history?

Hi there,

I purchased something on 10 August 2016 using the promotion code CTENOFF and I was sure that I checked out and paid for the items. However, there is nothing shown on the purchase history until today. Did ebay just retract my purchase randomly? Or was the discount fake?

Nothing fake about the discount voucher.....I used it and most of my items have already been posted.

Did you finalise the transaction before midnight on the 10th?

I can not imagine ebay having anything to do with retracting the item....did it definitely qualify for the discount?

Have you checked in your paypal account that the code was accepted and you paid the discounted rate?
