I am having problem in trying to locate the seller.
The seller's name is on my bank statement, but I do not have any documents as to what I bought from them.
I already know how to contact seller once I made a purchase.
But how to contact seller when you don't know what you bought is a nightmare.
I need to know what is the procedure to locate seller.
Please help

You need to report this to your bank if you do not know what you bought and the item is not in your purchase history
Odd the seller's name is on your bank statement, since you 'pay' eBay and eBay pays the seller
What documents are you talking about?
You would have your purchase history on eBay
Likely email from when you purchased
You also have your feedback left from sellers
When you do advanced search for the seller's name that you say shows on your bank statement. have you bought from that seller?
But if you honestly don't know what the charge of something is for you need to worry about contacting your bank first

The amount on statement was in AUD dollars. The item I purchased was in USD dollars.
That's the reason I could locate the purchase item in my files. I do a lot of shopping on line, it's almost a full-time job when checking every month.
Normally, I can contact the seller when I open the eBay confirmation of purchase. But when I don't know what the item is, then it's impossible the locate the link to contact the seller.
There must be a way to contact the seller through eBay without purchasing am item.
I am glad this happened because in the future, I would like to know as to how, to contact the seller if I am in the same situation. Would you please explain the procedure, so I know in the future what I must do.
Only sometimes Pay Pal will show what the exchange rate is. But most of the time it does not, that's when I have problems.
Please help me.
Thanks.

Yes there is, click on "more actions" on the listing then click on "contact seller".
