I bought this and they claim it can do 500LPH max flow, after waiting forever like you do from china it does 3 to 3.7 lpm haha
i emalied them and they said they will refund half of my money then the other half when it gets there safely, and im not sure yet but i think that is clearly against ebay poicy to refund half, he's already said he will refund in full without sending it back in which i have the email to prove it... but im not going to pay the postage back and will just open a case with ebay and paypal, im over these shoddy chinese suppliers who sell garbage products that are making a killing with garbage products
anyone bought 1 of these and suffered the same pain ??

I haven't and agree you with you 100% Open a Item not as Described. They ( the Chinese sellers ) are notorious for this.

i will horizon no worries there, and thanks for the reply, i have a 100% buyers rating and this seller is not going to get me for his garbage, ive already elamiled him and told him ive put his name and product all over the forum

Sorry to burst your bubble ozzie, but if you go down the paypal route, INAD, (which I think is the only safe way to go) you will indeed be asked to pay for the return cost of the item to China yourself.
Depending on the value, a half refund may not be as painful as it sounds, and you could maybe list correctly and resell to recoup any loss.
Not to mention, you can not name and shame on the boards, and if the seller does happen to see it, I am guessing all help from his end will cease.
As to 100% positive as a buyer, no buyer can ever have less than 100% as seller are unable to leave a negative, and this has been the case for over 5 years.

what bubble lol, im gunna burst his bubble, the item is not as described and that under the new ebay rules demands a full refund and IF the buyer wants the item back they pay for postage......and EBAY owns Paypal

Hmmmm, why on earth did you leave feedback before you'd even tried the pump out???????????
Now you don't have a ability of leaving a neg as a bargaining chip.

as it says if you read properly, they seemed a good mob to deal with, and if it is as it says it is i'll be very happy, i was waiting for other items to arrive to hook it up to test it, i tested it and its .......GARBAGE, then i left a follow up feedback

If it was purchased before the 1st of November then you can try the ebay dispute and may not have tto return it but I would imagine you would need some sort of proof it was not as described to make that the case, if they claimed the iterm was in Australia then they would have to provide an Australian return address.
If it was purchased before 1st of November then you only have the option of a Paypal dispute and it is highly unlikely you will get anywhere without paying for a trackable return.
Ebay and Paypal are owned by the same parent company but as far as their dispute processes are concerned they have completely different terms and conditions.
