date of delivery kept getting changed to put it out side warranty,item goes missing ,what a surprise

bought item and given delivery date and the date kept getting changed to put outside warrant,also paid for item on my paypal account but the purchase has some how been bought under a different  user name and i would expect that to have a different delivery address but i cant access that information even though i paid for the item and are currently missing neary 2000. dollars,Have contacted ebay customer service 4 times and not 1 person is willing to even see what has happened.they ask for feed back but really don't care ,just happy to find excesses to not have to refund.its quite simple,i paid for a item and you have not supplied

If you have not received what you purchased, you open and follow through with an item not received dispute, within the time limit

What do you mean 'to put outside warranty'?

The money back guarantee is not a 'warranty' 

I do not know how you could have paid through your paypal account but it 'somehow bought under a different username'  Unless you purchased as a guest? 

You really need to take a breath and explained what happened as you post makes no sense
