I have sent several emails, he asked to cancel the compliant with eBay, he said he will send another they haven't reply I want my transaction to be re open.marly3668

Everyone here are members just like you, we can't reopen a case

 

I assume this was a seller based in Asia?  that is their line "cancel the case and they will resend"

 

 

very very very rarely do they

 

Once a case has been closed on ebay, it can't be reopened

 

did you pay by paypal?

Bad move to close the case.     Never, ever do that until you either receive the item

or get a refund.   

 

You can never re-open the case.

 

If you paid by Paypal, then you can open a case with them.

Go into your PayPal account, find the transaction to the seller and open a not received dispute. DO NOT close it until you either have the item or have a refund. Keep checking progress of the dispute and as soon as you get the option to escalate the dispute, do so. That will ensure you get a refund. If you open the dispute and do nothing, they will eventually close it and you won't get a refund.
