why would a courier company change the address?? i purchased 2 items from the same seller they were sent last week and the couriers toll have decided to change the suburb to a nearby one so it has been undelivered twice already i have phoned them twice and corrected the suburb and so has the seller ( i am not blaming the seller she put the correct address on ) what idiot at toll decided to change it ?and for what reason? i have to stay in again today in the hope it turns up this time
i just dont understand why??

You would have to ask Toll that question, you can also ask them to hold at the depot for you to collect or give them the authority to safe drop or perhaps a neighbour could sign for it.
Not much we can do to help, I use Toll extensively and have never had a problem, it may be a simple error as at this time of year postal and freight services are inundated with items.
