I clicked on their store homepage and it says this: "Dear customers, Do not worry, our listing has got a mistake in title so ebay has removed our listing on 21 March. We have updated new listings in our store with no problems now. If your item has been marked it as posted on or before 21 March, it means it has been sent already. Do not worry about that. Else, please send a message to us so we can provide you our best after sale service to you immediately. Thank you for your support all the time."
Have you contacted the seller directly yet?

Well I still haven't received my item from them yet but I still need to wait until 1/4/14 before I can open an INR so I shall wait and see.

Hey zelly, I did not think a buyer had to wait any specific time to open INR - has that changed now ? (haven't been around for a while)

So that is obviously the time frame that accords with their quoted shipping times. Why is this an issue? You have 45 days to open a dispute, and if the seller hadn't have had their items de- and relisted you probably wouldn't have perceived a problem and STILL wouldn't be able to open a dispute until next week.

I thought that you needed to wait within the time frame given for your item to arrive before you could open an INR for example I have been given a 7 day time frame so I assumed that if I still haven't received my item by then, then I can open an INR but I might be wrong?

You can open a Paypal dispute with them one and a half hours after the purchase for SNAD. I know this from personal experience. I would imagine that it would be the same for INR.
If a SNAD can be opened before the buyer can expect that the item has even been posted, why not an INR?
Ridiculous.

A paypal dispute can be opened within 30 seconds of payment being made....the paypal receipt says that you have 45 days to open a dispute but does not specify any waiting period. If an item is removed by ebay you are told to open a dispute if you have already paid...again, no mention of waiting periods.
The only waiting periods I know of is when you want to leave feedback for Powersellers when they were a protected species. It probably now applies to TRS etc. You could not leave any feedback for 3? days and no negative feedback for 7 days.

Cheers for that people, I thought it may have changed.
Good to know I am not that out of touch yet LOL

I don't understand the logic of opening a dispute within 30 seconds of making payment only for a change of mind perhaps otherwise what's the point as you haven't received your item yet so what's the problem?
