I do not appreciate eBay's Harassment accusing me of not following "our Absive buyer policy" Is eBay suggesting that if a seller sells an item that isn't fit for a purpose, we should not exercise our right and request a refund?
I suggest eBay should vet their seller to determine if an item is fit for a purpose, especially a business seller.
The action of eBay is very disappointing.

It seems you are implying eBay will do anything for money.
People can click on your feedback score (the part where it says 144 ) and that shows feedback you have had from sellers & who those sellers were.
It may not show everything you have bought, depends on if the seller has given feedback or not, I suppose.

Now you are just making up total nonsense
Where do I imply eBay will do anything for money?
You are the buyer you are giving dodgy sellers money when you choose to buy from them, and hence giving eBay their fees when you buy (since the seller pays fees on sales)
The feedback left for you by the dodgy sellers you buy from is public
As for 'how I know' what sellers you support
Anyone can see the feedback, who the seller is and where they are registered ,
All of that is on public display
People without an eBay account can see it, those living in the back of Timbuktu can see it
No idea where you get the 'Then why would eBay send me a warning if the buyer have such feedback'
Buyers can only be given positive feedback so what warning would be sent?
Stop blaming everyone else for your poor choices and twisting what people say to suit yourself

@sunrise_1959 wrote:Yes correct, it's a statement of fact. I don't know what the liquid is or its effect.
The listing is for ceramic coat and after applying such product there is no effect. I can only concluded it's fake.
The advert clearly says liquid, so it is delivering what you ordered, its your fault not asking the seller what the liquid is before prurchasing, rather than after the fact getting narky and calling it a fake.
Its as advertised, whats the issue
?

By the way, on the listing's page there are some instructions (with photos) on how to use the product. Have you followed them?

Item was paid and I expect the item does what it was advertised. You are the person who is twisting the fact.
I'm not the one who permits these seller to continue trading. I guess it's too much to expect seller to act in good faith.

The seller stated the use and the purpose and benefits of the item. Water is a clear liquid does it provide the benefit of ceramic coating?

Yes, sure did.
