eBay Voucher code not working (still valid and present on the listing mentioned by eBay)

Hello all,

I'm sorry if the subject seems a little similar, I searched on this forum, didn't find something as clear as my case.

I am on eBay.de, I am based in Germany and the delivery is in Germany.

On the Item's listing page, you can see (on the screenshots, the original are in german but I added screenshots of the translated version) that the Voucher code is mentioned by eBay with all the terms (we are Nov 8th, it is valid until the 13th) that applies to my purchase, but when I go to checkout and type the code, it says that it isn't available for this item.

can someone explain to me why it isn't working please ?

Did you mean to post of the forum for eBay Australia?

Lots of people post here with similar questions

Almost always it is due to what they are trying to buy not meeting the t&c of the voucher though

From what I can see, that code should definitely be valid.

All I can suggest is you try again. Don't press the tab to buy immediately. 

Put it in the cart and then try to buy.

See if the code will work that way. Make sure you copy the code (cut/paste) exactly.

I have sometimes found that the code won't work unless I go through the cart. Don't know if things are the same in Germany but it is worth a try.

PS It is up to you of course what you buy but in your place, I would definitely check out the seller's neg feedback too, just to find out if anyone has had problems with these purchases.

Well the attachments have gone, but I don't  recall Algeria being in the destinations included in the T&C's

Silly me did not think to look at that

I assumed the OP was in Germany like they said they were

Or at least made mention their account is registered in Algeria, which would have let us know that is clearly what the issue is
