I was gifted 2 gift cards for Christmas. I applied them to a checkout but the balance disappeared safe to say I didn't continue the purchase. I've contacted customer service three times now about it last 2 times asking for it to be escalated or asked to speak to a supervisor. I've heard nothing. First time I spoke they said the balance would be restored within 24 hours. Second time within 10 days. Third time within 39 days. Different answers each time. Any suggestions short of contacting ACCC or Consumer Affairs in Australia? I just want to spend my money!

Are you certain that the balance wasn’t applied?
Is anything showing in your ‘purchase history’?
