Re: eCheque/EFT question

but they must have gotten one payment greencat, cos I think I read they sent one item.

I'm wondering iof the seller mucked up and missed the other 3 items in the package. In which case a claim is in order

Re: eCheque/EFT question

I forgot most of it! Had to keep scrolling back to check - but for some reason that bit did stick in my mind - that's just what stood out as odd to me I guess.

Re: eCheque/EFT question

"Dear dryads10,

So when the payment clears ill let you know. eBay automatically  deals with PayPal payments and marks as paid as they will tell you if you ask them. As you can see from my screen shot no payment has been received it has been marked as payment sent by you. I advise asking your financial institution to investigate further. I can't help anymore than that. If I haven't got the money I haven't got the money and for 20 bucks I'm not about to commit fraud!

Re: eCheque/EFT question

Dear dryads10,

Hello

Just letting you know I have scoured my accounts for payment and only the one small payment for napkins was received. No money has been received from you other than this payment and you have confirmed receipt of that item. In addition this morning I have called paypal myself from my end as I get an associate higher level of service due to my volume and spoke to them. They cannot find any evidence of payment being made on the other items at all via paypal so if you think you have paid via paypal and money has left your account as you have indicated then I once again strongly recommend you speak with paypal again as they were obviously limited in what they can tell me as your account is your business and not mine but it doesn't appear any payments are processing and due to hit my account anytime soon on the basis of the phone conversation I had with them. However I can confirm my listings are set up correctly ( plenty of sales since you bought that have processed perfectly). If you want to call me ********* no problem from me but there is very little else I can do. Actually there is basically nothing else I can do.

Re: eCheque/EFT question

I cannot see any other explanation but that one: Monies went to one of the seller's other email addresses which used to be linked to PayPal and were in his description, the seller will need to claim the funds with PayPal...

what does your paypal overview say?

what does your receipt for the PayPal transaction say?

Re: eCheque/EFT question

If he paid in one transaction, why would the money have been redirected through several different email addys?

Re: eCheque/EFT question

that would imply that I had something in my head to hurt!

*gentle pats for the greencat*

Do we know what the actual PayPal transaction says?

I reckon the seller is bluffing
