ebay are full of criminals

i purchased 4 items in one transaction 27th december- ebay managed transaction- all was good all 4 amounts left my bank without issue- then 4 days later 31st december- with out permission or approval , Ebay take the 4 amounts again using the order number of 1 item $224.38 , i have contacted ebay using varioius methods- i was promised further communication but typically of ebay , that has not happened.

i simply want my money returned- and now i will be seeking answers through local government agencies on how this is allowed to happen.

I contacted my bank and they told me it was a hold for the sales- but the amounts have been paid 4 days prior- and the amount was taken using one of the order numbers-well that doesn't make sense. WestPac.

i am guessing this is an internal mistake- simply rectified if only ebay would communicate.

Wrong, as your bank told you it is a hold, not a debit.  No mistake.

Then you say it was 'an internal mistake'

So which one of the three, in your mind, happened?

Now you have been given a link to explain what you were already told

But please let us know what the 'government agencies' tell you

Oh God! I love it when newbies come here ranting and raving about how crooked eBay is and how they will TELL THE WORLD!!!!

Calm down roblo…… you haven’t been ‘ripped off’….. just sit tight, read up on the ‘how to buy on eBay’, educate yourself and then you will find that buying on eBay can be a wonderful experience.
