Open a dispute for item not received as soon as the ETA date has passed. You aren't getting this item. Seriously, you're not. DO NOT trust this seller. Do you wish to continue trusting them and then discover you have lost $3000? I would much rather put that money towards a reputable seller to get a real instrument.

If anyone thinks I'm being harsh, too bad. The OP needs to have it rammed home because they have fallen for a scammer with fancy glossy photos, and WILL lose their money if they don't act.
Sadly, I suspect that the OP is still trusting this scammer and they still think they will get the instrument. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Regardless of how much they want it. I believe this transaction is going to end badly for everyone except the scamming seller. He'll be sitting back rubbing his grubby hands together for getting easy money, for doing nothing more than sending a few fruity emails.
