If a buyer has not paid you then you can open NPB dispute through paypal after 4 days, and if still no payment 4 days after that you can close the case, get your fvf back and the buyer receives a strike.
Put the buyer on your BBL also.
If it is e bay(er)? that you think has overcharged you, you will need to contact them - top right of screen Customer Service.
A little more info would help.

If it's the Seller you left negative feedback for and if you're still within 45 days, log on to Paypal and open a Dispute.
Escalate to a claim when the system allows.
If you're past the 45 days and if you funded your payment with a Credit Card, you may be able to do a Chargeback through your bank.

What is the diofference between a NPB dispute through PayPal and an UID through the eBay Resolution Centre?
(I didn't even know there was such a possibility through PayPal)
learn something new every day, eh?
but how do you go through PayPal before they pay anyway? What iof the person doesn't intend to pay (if they ever do) through PayPal?
How does this work??????
Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

I dunno -
I thought when you went to the resolution centre thingy on eBay you were auto directed to the paypal dispute thingy - and I thought NPB was just another term some members used for UID.
I am a little confused - and I have a headache now.
So - you can only open a PP dispute after you pay - which kind of makes sense now I think about it....please help me

"and I thought NPB was just another term some members used for UID"
NPB = Non Paying bidder
UID = Unpaid Item Dispute, now UIC = Unpaid Item Case
Sellers open Unpaid Item and Cancel a transaction Cases through ebay.
Buyers open Disputes with Paypal for items not received and items not as described on the AU site

Don't feel too bad. I used to think that UID was a contraceptive device.
