how can I translate message from seller in chinese to English??

 I wish to buy an item from a hong kong sellar, at checkout I got a message in english saying no delivery to po box, which is only address I can use, but to apply for exception, which I did. Now have receive message from seller in chinese ( i think) and don't know what it says!

If you know your neighbour well, or have a best friend, or relative in the same town as yourself

- add their address to your ebay/Paypal alternate/gift address list in your account details

( check with them of course before doing so...lol)

Then you will have the 'delivery' address required by the seller
