I want to cancel an order as it turns out to be a scam I have sent ebay massages and private emails with no respons what will ebay do to check this seller. the seller is <Removed>

you cannot cancel. It is up to the seller IF they are willing to accept a cancellation request, which they are under no obligation to do so

If you are the winning bidder, you need to pay, the seller is charged fees as soon as an item sells

If it is a scam and you can prove it then don't pay. The seller can open a case against you but you will have up to 8 days to prove why you shouldn't have to pay. But you do have to prove it is a scam, you just can't claim it is but not have proof.

If you have paid then you need to contact Paypal and again have proof that you have given money to a scammer.
