Several months ago I bought a keyboard for a laptop and a 7 inch tablet. I receieved the keyboard but not the computer. have been trying to corresond with seller with no luck. It was a very strange ad, a bit cryptic. Basically, I'm still owed $46. I didn't know I could get a refund via ebay and now it seems the time has run out for such a request. I've pretty much given up getting my money back but I thought I would just put it out there. It's a shame I can't just contact ebay about this to give them a heads up about this seller. Any ideas?

you need to clarify a few things before I can offer some definitive help.
When was the purchase? 12 months ago OR a couple of months?
Was the tablet $46?
Were the keyboard and the tablet bought from the same seller? Were they bought around the same time and shipped together?
What country was the tablet seller location?
If you paid by PayPal you have 180 days to make a claim for item not received.

Sounds like the time has passed for eBay and PayPal refunds and for feedback. Did you PayPal using a credit card?
you are partly right.
The time for leaving feedback has passed, BUT I have looked at the OP's feedback page and found that they have already left negative feedback within the last 6 months for an Unlocked 7" A33 Android 4.4 Tablet PC Quad Core WiFi Bluetooth 3G 16GB Black (#201607679574) that cost just under $47. The feedback left is Don't buy from this company. They stole my money .
So, there is still time for the 180 day PayPal claim period, although it is probably close to timing out.

If you come back to see the replies take note that buying from a seller with feedback like theirs is probably going to be a disaster from the getgo.
They have nearly 900 negs in the last year and another 200 odd that have been revised. Experienced buyers rarely risk buying from a high volume seller with less than 99.5% and yours had 98%, it would have been lower if those others had not revised their feedback.
You should still have time for a Paypal claim but be advised that it will be a hard fight as you are not allowed to post items like tablets with a lithium battery using Aus Post and specialised packaging would cost a lot more than you are out..

K1000 I was going by their original 12 months timeframe in the absence of other info.
but there was other info, the first three words of their opening post was Several months ago
When I did first post on this thread I sought further info from the OP, but we all know that a lot of members post a thread and never come back to post again, so I did some looking and found the feedback for the item they were posting about.
