how does this work that the item location shows another place and the seller responds from another .

Some items that i bought showed that the item location was locally in sydney. (That is the reason to buy locally for fast delivery) , but when a few days passed (which is well above the local postage time) and the item was not received and i contacted  the seller, the seller responded from another country and also proves that the item location might not actually be sydney ???

They can be reported for that.

When you look at the sellers feedback what does the location show?

It will show when they joined and the country.

Sounds like they are drop shipping which is all ok BUT the item location must be stated.
