how is it when people order two items

how is it that i orded two items tracked two items  then only recieve one    when you tell the people you get the items from    it gets thrown out and you dont get a refund or the item that is missing  that is a bloody rip off

Did you report this to ebay but opening an item not recieved case?

If they were sent as separate parcels, sometimes one arrives quicker than the other. I sent 2 to one buyer. 1 arrived in 2 days, the other took 7 days. What does the tracking say on the one that hasn't arrived? I would do as suggested and open an item not received dispute and go from there. Don't let the seller string you along by saying they will send another, especially if it's something coming from an Asian country.
