How to file a case in ebay?
I have bought an item but i didnt receive it. When i file a case it says you paid by paypal but i didnt pay paypal i have paid by credit and it wont let me file a case. I need help

Do you mean you paid by credit card directly to the seller? If so then you need to go through your credit card company, not Ebay.
