Was there any sort of invoice or packing slip in the package? Is there a return address on the package?
Was there a tracking number uploaded for either of the batteries?
If none of the above you will just have to wait for the second battery to arrive and see if you can identify the seller of that one....and hope that they are both OK and you don't have to open a dispute.
