how to print item picture and price, including postage for purchases. Shows AU instead of US $

I've been purchasing items but would like to print all purchases to show picture, price paid, shipping fees. 

When I pull up what i've paid for it shows $$ paid in AU dollars and not US dollars. I can't figure out how to change format.

Also is there a way to print up all purchases without doing individually?

You are posting on the Australian boards.  You need to remove the .au from your address bar to return to the US site.
