i bought from england , with item saying pick up only, but i have been emailing to and fro with the seller , we are going to organise international shipping our selves, so we bought the item ebay send bill, now it wont let me pay it, ive asked the seller to change invoice to free postage but he cant do it , help what do i do

If you purchased an item via eBay, you can't organise international shipping OURSELVES. Of course they won't let you pay. All sales/payment has to be conducted in accordance to eBay's regulation. eBay needs to make some money too.
