Go to your purchase history in my ebay.

Go to the item you want to return.

There is a big blue button that says 'return this item'

Ebay never read these boards so they are not going to see your phone number 

You are posting your number on a public forum for anyone and everyone to see

You need to use 'help and contact'

Have you tired emailing ebay instead?
