Open a refund case for Not As Described, selecting the option that states there are missing components or wrong quantity.

Don’t close the request/case until you have been refunded.

It’s generally best to go for the refund rather than replacement or resending - unless the seller is a known business registered in Australia.

DO NOT OPEN AN INR CASE! An INR (Item Not Received) case is when you don’t receive anything - when the seller cannot prove delivery and when the parcel’s either lost in the delivery process or was never sent. If tracking can prove delivery, this is the wrong option.

Are you implying cheapest doesn't equal best value?

A significant proportion of Australian buyers would disagree with you, given their propensity to buy cheapest. Then complain when they didn't get a Rolls Royce for a Holden price.

IF  that's the right item number, have you actually contacted the seller who has great feedback and is a registered business
