aaA seller is able to pull an advertised item these days yet a seller has no rights ebay is getting worse than gumtree lately with no rules

(Well I don't actually, I would rather have a cancelled bid than an unpaid item but the OP should at least have a level playing field)

i did pay then it was refunded because the price was to low

It is a pity you did not see fit to tell us the full story...you may well have had different answers and not wasted everyone's time.

 

It is not acceptable for a seller to refuse to complete a transaction because they don't like the price but there is very little you can do about it.

However, if a buyer does not complete the transaction they can be given a non paying bidder strike.
