internatioal post, DAI post, e-Bay hands off

I bought something worth $500(AUD), waited for a month, then there is an ebay message said the good has returned to sender, "couldn't located the address, return to sender" we have not even get a note or email notification on it, ebay decided no to refund on the item, I googled the carrier DAI POST which is a current forwarder to DHL (AUS), who have been confirmed a scamming type of company by google reviews and search (key words are DAI post Melbourne) , tons of false delivered information which frustrating all of AUS users, does anyone know why ebay or DHL still using them, how are they protecting buyers?

From what I have read, DAI has a lot of problems.

Do you know if the item has actually arrived back to the seller?

And what is that seller's feedback rating/comments like?

I would think a reputable seller who received an item back would refund the buyer, minus the postage costs.

It may be worth your while to contact the seller and explain the situation, that you were expecting the item and your address details were correct but you fear the carrier DAI let you down.
