Hi E1,
Handsfree Headphone Earphone Mic & Remote for Apple iPhone 5 3GS 4 4S iPad Mini
Look at the Aussie sellers trying to compete against the Chinese sellers of items like this.
In the search results it clearly says $1 however once you go into the listing you will see that you will only get a screen protector worth 3 cents. ( you can buy 3 x packs of ten screen protectors for $1 ).
Hasnt the OFT been made aware of this false advertising yet?

So hyperthetically (I know it cant be done but) I variant list a 2014 Holden Commodore for $1.00.
In the choices menu the actual only item for $1.00 is a wheel nut whereas to buy the car the price goes up to $75,000.
How is this not fee avoidance when the two items should have been listed separately attracting fees on two listings?
The Onesies eg I can see but only if they are the same size, choices in different colours would be ok but not different sizes, again should be listed separately IMO.

Fvf is paid on what the seller actually sells - the invoice to buyer
If they sell the wheel nut for $1 they pay fees
If they sell the car for $75,000 they still pay fees
If they sell the car for 75k - fees on that, but if
they didn't sell the wheel nut - that's still listed
In a variant listing they are listed separately IMO
What if you just wanted the wheel nut? The car would still be listed
Now I'm dizzy
edit: I'm sure someone else could explain it better

It is not fee avoidance as the seller pays fees on the sale price.
Listing fees are, at worst, avoidable, so 2 x 0 = 0.
Hypothetically your example is erroneous, as different rules apply to cars.

Well eBay have removed the item that I reported 3 days ago to T & S.
I sure havent got time to report the other ten thousand of them 😞
