item no delivered

I had an item sent from USA with tracking number and checked it tonight on ebay site and it's showing as delivered but I havent received parcel. Its never happened before. Is this a bit strange or where can I go to find out who delivered it?

I can't tell you if it strange or not, as your situation may be normal or may not

What was the estimated delivery date to you?

Does it say it has been delivered to you or that it has arrived in Australia from The USA and has been delivered to a local service for the last leg (delivery from them to you?) 

If you have the tracking then it should tell you who delivered it

Was your address correct/current when you purchased the item?
