item not arrived yet paid for seller wont answer emails

Hi not sure what to do as I have bought an item and it hasn't arrived over 6 weeks later. Have sent the seller 3 emails but  the seller refuses to answer any emails.  I have to lodge with the resolution centre by tomorrow and have heard that doesn't help much.  Any advice on where to from here.

Yes, Lodge an Item not received dispute and do it now! if it isn't already too late.

If you paid with paypal, lodge now!!!

and you will get your money back

Thanks for your response.  I have lodged with ebay and Paypal and they are dealing with it 🙂

Have you escalated the paypal dispute to a claim?  They cannot do anything until it is escalated.
