seller marked item posted on 09-03-2015 yesterday received tracking info and find item still in hong kong, how does this work ?

All it means is that the package has not been scanned since it was first posted.

Mail from places like Hong Kong can take anywhere from 2 - 8 weeks to arrive, so I wouldn't be worried just yet.
