i need help, i did not receive the item i bought last 24th of may that was posted last may 29 and its almost 3 weeks now, and the item is located in nsw, ive been sending the seller messages through ebay and his email but no responses yet. i opened a dispute on paypal and its been three days now and no responses as well. the item no. is 271167977156 worth ($390 with postage) i dont know what to do.. its a lot of money im worried i wont be able to receive the item or get my money back if theres something wrong. should escalate it to a claim right away or wait for the seller to reponse cause hes been given 10 days to respond... ๐Ÿ˜ž

Have you read his negative feedback ? Next time you see feedback like it please don't buy from the seller. If you can escalate the dispute before the 10 days are up do so.

I have to say, that your buyer has terrible feedback in regards to slow postage, selling items not currently in stock and also for sending the wrong item.  
I wouldn't be purchasing from him, that's for sure.


 


I checked out your item. Postage was EXPRESS POST. So you should have had it by now, BUT at least you have done the right thing and opened an Item Not Received Dispute.  ๐Ÿ™‚


 


You have (I think, from memory) 20days to escalate the dispute to a claim, but if the seller hasn't replied to the dispute after 7 days, I would escalate it then. That is more than enough time for the item to have arrived.


 


Check feedback before handing over wads of your hard earned cash next time hey ๐Ÿ™‚

wasn't able to check it before buying, but he has more positive feedbacks than negative and neutral ones (mostly slow postage and poor communication),i just don't know why hes not responding to my messages at least just to let me know if theres a problem or something.i will try and wait til monday for his reponse if i dont receive any then i will escalate the dispute.

i know right stupid me i didnt check it before buying.. i wasnt hesistant in getting the item cause it was the cheapest i can get anyways thanks for the advice ๐Ÿ™‚ i will try and wait til next week for his response if i wont receive any then i will escalate it immediately..

Hi, The quicker you escalate to a claim, the quicker you will receive a a refund ( assuming you paid with Paypal ) Also if the item was mailed express post as previous poster has noted, the seller should have a tracking number which may be entered in your order details, so that you can track it . Go to the Australia post site and click the track an item icon. Enter the number and with lots of luck ( Aust. post are not the best with this one ) you may be able to see where it is. I recently had a parcel sent to a customer in a country town in NSW. The address was a rental and previous tenant had a mail redirection to WA. Guess where the $350 parcel ended up. With the AP tracking, and post office worker going to the WA address, we where eventually able to get it back. ( amazing but true ). I would escalate as soon as possible.

If you have opened a dispute with no response from the seller escalate to a claim now, pointless waiting any longer especially if the seller claimed they were sending it express.

yup i paid it via paypal, and i checked the order details, unfortunately there is no tracking number given. I guess theres no other option but to escalate it right away... thanks for the advices ๐Ÿ™‚ i hope this can be solved as soon as possible
