item re listed again exact same details

I bought an item tonight on eBay worth approx $550 it was a Computer Part.
However after I had clicked buy it now and made payment via PayPal I noticed a short time after the exact same item was listed again by the same seller with the exact same picture and item description.

I have msg the seller asking what is going on but have not yet heard a reply.
What steps should I take further to protect myself?

The user has over 300 feedback and member since 2008 howeve only 1 feedback as a seller and no feedback within the last 12 months, thanks

An item number might help.

Maybe he has more than 1 of these widgets and only lists them 1 at a time.

He has sold 4 in last few days, often done when selling multiples and is just reusing ad. 

Ditto with grand theft auto game.

Having said that prior to last few days its been over a year since any feedback.

Old id, not impossible its hijacked. Concern that all items are describerd as preowned used for a month rather than new..Unusual for multiples.

Should i create a support ticket with ebay or should I just wait for now ?

You paid with PayPal so if it doesn't turn up when it is supposed to then open a case for item not received,you will get a date when you can then either say you have it or you don't.

If you don't have it then close the case and you will get your money back.

If you receive it and it's not what it said it was then open an item not as described and follow the prompts to get your money back.
