item received damaged when opened SD card 256

I have purchased and received a 256 SD card and when opened it has plastic all over the contacts, I have tried to do a return and that form on eBay needs pictures, I have pictures but the return page will not accept my pictures how can i get my pictures accepted ?

I have also been in contact with the seller, when I asked for a return and replacement they no longer want to talk to me.

Open and follow through with an item not as described dispute. No pictures required

Mor do you need to ask the seller to open a dispute

Your feedback left for you shows you choose to buy from some very dodgy sellers

Avoiding supporting such characters will stop most issues
