Sorry, but this forum is member-to-member (no eBay staff), so there isn't anyone here that can look into the issue for you in any official capacity.

Just to be able to advise more appropriately, may I ask what kind of communication you have had with the seller so far (eg any direct messages where the seller has specifically denied receiving payment, or has an unpaid item dispute been opened without direct communication)?

Oh dear, you paid by bank deposit....it is your word against the seller now unfortunately.

Have you checked that the payment has not bounced back to your bank, or that the account details were correct?

Unless you could afford to throw away over thirty dollars why did you pay by bank deposit? First double check that you got the account details correct and it has not bounced back to your account.  If you are sure it was correct have you sent the seller a copy of the receipt? If you have and they still will not send your item or refund you then tell them you are going to report them to the on line auction fraud report site run by the police.

Next move is to open a Paypal account and only use that to make payments then you have buyer protection.
