At a vey rough guess I think the OP means that the seller took his money but did not send the iphone.

I am certainly not willing to make any more assumptions or wild guesses without a bit more to go on or I could be here all day dealing with hypothetical situations.

According to the fb,   OP got a refund, so seller didn't steal his money.

My guess is he's dirty disappointed he didn't get the phone
