<removed> will not reply to my messages they have my phone and will not replace it

I purchased a phone in Dec 2013 returned it on Jan 2014, <removed> have not replaced the phone and now refuse to reply to my message requests. Ebay have frozen their account as their contact details are in correct, this is not an Australian business it is based in Malaysia, very bad experience

They got me too
5 ‘new and boxed’ iPads - £1300 ordered
5 ‘refurbished’ iPads delivered
1 locked to old iTunes account and unusable
1 stopped working after 4 weeks
1 developed a fault after 3 weeks
All 5 chargers stopped working after 10 charging cycles
They have blocked my messages on eBay
Now going through PayPal for returns
Not holding breath
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I would have thought they had Apple stores in the UK - they even have them here in AUSTRALIA. I know you probably couldn't read the date of the original post as it was upside down, but it was many years ago.

It is a given that you don't buy 2nd hand phones on eBay, and only buy new ones from real companies (like Apple), not Malaysian ones who store their stock in Sydney, 12,000 kms from where you are.

Same thing with Tradeworks International. Bought a iPhone 6. After 2 &a half months 3 faults. Tried to contact T I no response. Ebay no help.Paypal after complying with all their requirements refused to refund my $487. Do not deal with this company. Also not happy with PayPal they will try and get out of their 180 day money back g’ntee any way they can
