managed refund

Can anyone tell me how to get a managed refund. A seller has told me to start one but I have no idea how.

They will not communicate with me and I can find no way of contacting EBAY for help

You have 30 days from last estimated delivery date to open a case in eBay.

To the right of your item in your purchase history is a small drop down menu.

Select return this item and follow the prompts.

If it's more than 30 days you will need to open a case in the PayPal resolution centre. (180 day deadline)
