no answer from seller

I won an auction for a new trailer, I have tried numerous times to ask seller for payment details but have no response. It has been 10 days and I have reported it. The seller has 4 figure feed back and he has about 10 trailers for sale at any time on e-bay. I suspect my winning bid was not enough, but surely he should put on a reserve if he needs a minimum. It gives me the option to pay now but will not let me proceed until the postage charges are set by the seller. Obviously there will be no postage as it is a 10x5 trailer and I want to pick it up. I offered to pay cash on pickup but the seller has not replied at all even to acknowledge the winning bid. Any ideas ?

get the sellers phone number from the ebay contact link and call him

cash on pickup only.  thre is no buyer or seller prtection for pick up items paid with paypal
