Sorry, I shouldn't joke at your expense, however there is a way to get Paypal's attention.

File a formal complaint with the Financial Industry Ombudsman...You may or may not get your money refunded, you will however have some joy that Paypal have to meet the costs of the Ombudsmans investigation.

when did you pay? (Date)

when did  you open the dispute?

did you escalate it to a Claim in the required number of days?

if you followed all the correct procedures there is no reason you would not get a refund.

give us a bit more info regarding the transaction pls
